She is goal-driven, with repeated success generating company-leading revenues on a local and nationwide scale. She has built territories and businesses from inception to high revenue producing success and has achieved a record of multimillion-dollar revenue generation quotas.

Through her unwavering focus, Teresa's main focus is maintaining her long-term strategic and professional relationships and clientele though a "proactive" and "hands-on" approach, commitment to service and centered around trust. JOSE ANTONIO SALAS - Director of Project Management

Jose Antonio Salas is a strategic and detail-oriented Project Supervisor with 15+ years of experience managing and leading teams of 20+, 24 years of Conduent experience, and over 15+ years in Project Management in Construction.

His unique combination of strategic planning, problem solving, analytical skills alongside outstanding organizational skills and experience leading cross-functional teams enables him to excel in his role as a Senior Supervisor. Jose understands the importance of coordination, communication, and time management to ensure successful project completion and help increase his company's market share.

Jose ensures projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. He creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like schedules, and budgets and provides project status updates and feedback at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders for the success of all assigned projects.

EDWARD SPENCER - Senior Account Executive

Edward Spencer is a results-driven sales professional with over 35+ years of experience in both commercial, industrial and residential roofing. With a history as an Installer, a Lead Project Manager, an Inside Sales Rep and Outside Sales Consultant, Spencer not only applies his knowledge of business, in-depth sales strategies, and exceptional presentation skills, but he also ensures customers specific needs and requirements are met to include and not limited to quality and cost.

Spencer's knowledge in the industry ranges from Shingles, Metal roofs, flat roofs of which consists of clay, concrete, decra, TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc. Spencer's skill set also extends and not limited to reading blueprints, building, and designing the best roofing solution for the customer alongside detailing the specifics of each design through a detailed Scope of Work. He engages with the customer by being proactive and utilizing our "High Touch Engagement Model" ensuring the project's full completion and customer's peace of mind.
